In a picturesque setting, surrounded by a unique landscape,Tornatore Winery offers its guests the opportunity to taste its own wines. Drinking wine from the Tornatore winery, perhaps after a walk through the largest vineyard of Etna Doc, just a short walk from where it has been produced since the second half of the 1800s, is an unforgettable experience. A ritual to be savored with the right timing, through which one enters a dimension of space and time without barriers, to savor – sip after sip – the essence of a unique territory in the world.
Accompanying you will be people who make hospitality and professionalism a double life choice. Wine culture cannot be improvised: it takes suitable equipment, adequate facilities and trained staff who can share the history, technique and excitement of making. On Tornatore’s farm you will find all of this, in a familiar setting and with a natural lifestyle that puts the visitor at the center of attention.
You will be the guests of honor. But as if you were at home.
CLASSICAL TASTING
This is the simplest route, but it is already a complete overview of the best of the winery: a harmonious crescendo of sensations that will immediately give you a sense of Etna and its different facets.
What’s on: guided tour of the winery and tasting of 4 glasses of wine*, accompanied by dry snacks.
What wines we taste: Spumante Valdemone, Etna Bianco, Etna Rosato, Etna Rosso.

TASTING AND PAIRING OF TYPICAL PRODUCTS
A very well focused tour, first with a close look at the winery, then through a studied selection of our wines, plus the very tasty company of typical Etna products.
What’s on: guided tour of the winery and tasting with 4 glasses of wine* accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses.
What wines we taste: Spumante Valdemone, Etna Bianco, Etna Rosato, Etna Rosso.

"CONTRADA WINES" TASTING
The best of Etna, the "cult" bottles of the Tornatore winery: a wise selection of the best of the production divided by contrade, with a Rossinian crescendo of intensity and importance.
What you do: Guided tour of the winery and tasting with 4 glasses of wine* from a selection of our Contrade, accompanied by a small platter of local cured meats and cheeses.
What wines we taste:Pietrarizzo Etna Bianco, Zottorinotto Etna Bianco, Pietrarizzo Etna Rosso, Trimarchisa Etna Rosso.
*Other wines may be added to the tasting for an extra cost of 5 euros per glass per person
PICNIC AMONG THE ROWS
Imagine the majesty of Mount Etna, a breathtaking panorama, the charm of centuries-old rows of grapes grafted into dark, wild soil. Here, in these scenarios, it is possible to share this unique experience: moments of freedom and carefreeness in the most enchanting areas of the largest vineyard where Etna Doc is produced, with a bottle of wine and some excellent "companion" (salty and sweet).
What you do: picnic among the rows or on the terrace*, with a basket containing a bottle of wine of your choice from our classics, a tablecloth, two glasses, some sandwiches, fruit and treats
One wine of your choice from: Spumante Valdemone, Etna Bianco, Etna Rosato, Etna Rosso.
*Experience is available every Thursday from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
VIP TASTING
The most rewarding and engaging experience ever, the best of the best that the Volcano can offer even the most refined and demanding wine lovers. A high quality selection of the best of our Contrade, illustrated in person by the winemaker who helped create them. An escalation of suggestions, Etna-in its most extraordinary purity-in an unforgettable experience.
What you do: Guided tour of the winery and tasting of 6 glasses of wine* from a selection of our Contrade, accompanied by a small platter of local cured meats and cheeses .
What wines we taste: Pietrarizzo Etna Bianco, Zottorinotto Etna Bianco, Pietrarizzo Etna Rosso, Trimarchisa Etna Rosso, Calderara Etna Rosso.
